What TurnoverQuote stores
TurnoverQuote stores account details, saved quote records, proposal links, subscription status, and setup intake submissions needed to run the service. Guest quote drafts may also be stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
Shared proposal links
Saved proposal links are intended to include client-safe quote information such as scope, package names, property names, client names, and prices. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or access information in proposal text.
Payments and processors
Paid plans use Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing Portal. Stripe processes payment details. TurnoverQuote stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so the app can show plan status and manage access.
Service providers
TurnoverQuote uses infrastructure and service providers such as Railway for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for billing, and optional analytics providers when configured.
Retention and deletion
Account, quote, proposal, intake, and billing metadata are retained as needed to provide the service, keep records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting support.
